The Original Silent Disco are throwing two electrifying parties at Altitude…The first is a Silent Disco ON ICE! We are shaking with excitement to ice-skate (and fall over) to all our favourite tunes.

The second event they’re hosting will beat the current world-record and become the Highest Silent Disco ever – taking place at 3250m on top of the Hintertux Glacier!

14. Hans the Butcher
No trip to Mayrhofen would be complete without a trip to Hans Gasser – his incredibly generous portions and über tasty meats are the only way to fuel up for a day on the slopes. Hans has become so famous with visitors that he even sells Hans the Butcher merchandise in his store
15. The Clown Hill race
The Clown Hill race offers the chance to knock an overly-competitive comedian off of their perch. VIP wristband holders can don their skis or boards (and best costumes) and race the clowns down the mountain. If you aren’t taking part, grab a drink instead and head to the starting line to witness fierce rivalries developing
16. The spas
Many of the hotels and chalets in Mayrhofen contain traditional Austrian saunas and spas to help you unwind after a long day on the slopes (or the lash). There are even rooftop pools so you can enjoy the view while you soak. Pure heaven!
17. It’s socially acceptable to be drinking at all times
