If you are flying to Meribel there are three principal airports you can fly into. They all take pretty much the same time to transfer from the airport to Meribel (Apply to Mountain Playground transfers our official transfer partners!).
  • Geneva Airport
  • Grenoble Airport
  • Lyon

Travelling from the airport can be quite tricky. It can take up to 5 hours by train and 3 hours by the bus service. The best way is to either hire a car and drive yourself or book one of our direct transfers.

The Award count for this years festival is the best yet;

1 C4 King of Comedy 2 Perrier winners and 4 nominees, 1 Emmy Awards, 2 BBC best newcomer awards, 2 Chortle awards, 1 Brit nominee, 1 Q Magazine best DJ award, 2 Best UK DJ awards, the list actually goes on for some time, but you get what I'm saying right?

The right comedy Ethos?

Alpine Ethos our one of last remaining chalets who have space for our upcoming festival.

They are a small independent company who offer excellent personal and friendly service, great food and quality accommodation in the Meribel Valley.  
Chalet Ballenberg     is a traditional Savoyarde chalet sleeping up to 14 guests and offers some little bits of luxury such as outdoor hot tub with views of the mountains and roaring log fire in the comfy lounge.

Altitude Festival is very proud to present this weeks comedy tour with STAN STANLEY and ROB ROUSE at the exciting new venue of THE CHROME BAR - La Tania -on TUES 23rd February. Linked with The Farçon (renowned for its fantastic cuisine and michelin star chef) They are offering an excellent, mouth-watering 3 course set menu dinner before the comedy, with ticket price included and seat guaranteed - at only €40!
