He’s ready for his strudel now!
Multi award-winning stand-up, podcaster and author, Kai has toured live in over 50 countries on his solo tour and with Daniel Sloss, opening in massive theatres and arenas all over the world.

The Geordie with a heart of gold and a razor-sharp wit is back for 2025, and he's still the same lovable rogue we all know and adore. He’s been bragging about his rise to poshness (he has a cavapoo and new glasses for different drinks, don’tcha know?) but deep down, he’s still the cheeky scoundrel who’ll have you doubled over with laughter.

Kai’s relaxed, easy-going style mixed with hilarious reflections of his life experiences, make him one of the most effortlessly funny comics on the circuit. Altitude just wouldn’t be the same without him and we can’t wait to have him back.

ALAN ALLEN

Folk music icon, ornamental wood sculptor, Yogi and (barely) functioning alcoholic Alan Alen is nothing short of a Leg-End.

One half of the legendary Scottish folk duo Bridge & Allen, Alan rose to fame in the 70's, captivating audiences with his

heartfelt lyrics, soaring melodies, and undeniable stage presence. Together, he and his late partner Duncan Bridge defined

an era, inspiring generations of musicians who followed (er. Proclaimers & KT Tunstall). Their influence can still be felt

today, despite their untimely "retirement" in 1978, when they stepped away from the spotlight at the peak of their fame.

Now, after decades away, Alan Alen is back, bringing his incredible presence to Altitude*

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to witness a true legend in action. He'll be hosting an unmissable live podcast on the Penkenbahn Terrace on Tuesday, March 25th at 1 PM, joined by an incredible lineup of comedic guests. Completely unplanned and utterly unpredictable, this promises to be an unforgettable event.

We are beyond honoured to welcome true legend, Alan Allen, to the mountains this March. Failte!

JULES O'BRIAN

Oooh schnapps - we’ve got yet another comedian making their big debut at Altitude in 2025, so hold on to your ski hats - it’s Jules O’Brian!

Jules performs around the UK, telling anyone who will listen about ageing disgracefully, body hang–ups, parenting, and dating. This former teacher’s relaxed, chatty style, crowd interaction and warmth, all served with a sardonic wit, make her a natural crowd pleaser and a favourite on the circuit.

She was nominated for the Birmingham Comedy Festival Breaking Talent award in 2022, and was shortlisted for Funny Women 2023 - so we can’t wait to give her a big warm Altitude welcome this year.
